BlocTrust Capital is a privately-owned real estate investment manager providing a personalised service to deliver investors superior risk-adjusted returns.

Founded in 2018, BlocTrust Capital is led by an experienced team with significant continuity of service and an indepth understanding of global real estate markets. We have a proven track record investing across risk profiles, from core to opportunistic strategies in all property market sectors and geographies.

Since launching our first offering, we’ve invested in more than $1 billion worth of real estate across Central and Northern America, Europe, UAE, and selected APAC Regions. Today, we manage more than $5 billion worth of properties on behalf of more than 100,000+ individual investors.
