We’ve invested roughly $2.3 million to acquire eight brand new single-family homes within the Willow Springs community of Haslet, Texas, part of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area, about 25 minutes north of downtown Fort Worth, with plans to acquire a total of 128 rental homes in the community over roughly the next year and a half.

We've acquired a classic Victorian four-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. The 1,254 sq ft home was purchased for approximately $1.1 million, with anticipated additional hard and soft costs of approximately $400,000 for the planned renovation intended to make the property competitive with for-sale homes in the area. Upon vacancy of the home — which is currently generating rental income — and completion of the planned renovations, we intend to sell the home at a price point appreciably above the property’s acquisition cost.

The Park is situated 8.5 miles north-west of Leeds, 45 miles north-east of Manchester and 50 miles north of Sheffield, with parking spaces for over 500 cars. This 13 retail units multi-let is fully let to tenants including McDonalds, AsdaLiving, Next, Benson Beds and Currys.
